Blaire's Wedding

On August 31, 2012, Blaire married Kioa Delos Reyes in the Portland, Oregon temple. I got to come up earlier that week, and Kase somewhat tried to show up as a "surprise" for the weekend. I was able to go through the temple when she received her endowment, which was fun. Afterwards we went and ate at this nasty Chinese Buffet Restaurant. I guess it's a tradition to go there, but being a new member of the family and after tasting that food, I wouldn't mind if the tradition changed. :) Not to mention, it was just as pricey as any regular restaurant, maybe more.

During the week I attempted to help pick some pears that were ready. And so did Jhett, apparently :)

And spent a little time outside with the cousins:

I wish I could remember what I did the rest of the time. Guess that's why its' a good idea to keep up on your blog :) Here are some pictures from the wedding. The sealing was during the day at the temple, and then there was a Hawaiian Luau at the Delos Reyes' friends home. Kioa sang a song to Blaire with some of his friends and they did some dancing that included the nieces and nephews. They had the yummy snow cones with ice cream on the bottom. It was awesome.

 Like Laryn says, "We think we're funny." Totally slapped Kase on accident when I went to touch his face for this picture. It was loud. The family that heard it was wondering what was going on..woops. I'm sure he somehow deserved it :)
