Here are a few pictures from events in June:
Our friend Reed Willis from BYU got married to Emily Martineau the first weekend in June. He was in Kase's ward for a year, and then for another year after I moved in. He played intramural football with Kase. Their reception was in Mesa, so we made a weekend temple trip out of it. And of course, spent some time with Brandon, Brittani, and family :) VERY nice reception at Country Club. Unfortunately all these people were in front of the temple for our picture.
Courtney probably doesn't like this picture, but it's the only one I had :( I brought her lunch and we just hung out the week before she had her baby, Brayden Alger. He is now born and an adorable little guy! I got to know Courtney a lot better on that visit. Her husband Jason and Kase work at Gore (was originally Dax's sponsor when he was an intern at Gore). Awesome family.
Kase gets a volunteer service day every year at Gore that he gets to get off work and serve. So he signed us up to help at a Boy Scout camp with gun safety. We got sunburned, but it was a fun time! And I got to meet some people Kase works with, one of which has had a large impact in employing all of the Wells brothers at Gore. Once again, I had a little better aim than Kase. Sorry, baby.
Not sure when I inherited this bike, so we will just put it in this post :) I more or less made friends with the maintenance guys (since it seems we always need some type of work done at our place) here at Timberline and casually mentioned to one of them that I need a bike so I can do a few things if I need to while Kase is at work. He mentioned that there was an extra women's bike someone had left and that I was welcome to it. So nice of them! I guess it needs a little work but it's rideable so I use it on occasion :)
