He called me while I was in Washington to discuss the items he wanted to bid on. So we got a box full of free weights, a fitness ball, and other things, a slanted weight bench, a puching bag, and a Nautilus hip and back machine. Apparently the slanted weight bench had to be hauled up and over our balcony because it wouldn't fit in the door. I didn't quite realize how big it was going to be. It makes a great sofa :( Actually, it's not bad. We don't have much furniture anyway, and now we make the joke when guests come over that they aren't allowed to relax in our home. If they want to still be friends with us, they have to work out :)
The bar was his present for his birthday last year. Yes - this is our living room. With a few more decorations now, but you get the point. But I guess if I get to have this view, I don't mind :)
