Kase is on a Texas Longhorn fad/dream right now (an earler fad/dream that has not yet and probably won't fade is chickens). He wants to own at least one someday for their lean meat, ability to live off of the land, high fertility rates, and the "status" they give to your property. Being a Texan, I like that idea :) Kase says, "We may not ever live in Texas, but we can carry a little bit of Texas with us wherever we go."
